October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Hi, everyone!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and most people the world over recognize the pink ribbon that symbolizes it.

I decided to wear my pink ribbon on my nails, and made this mani... I used Zoya Kimber, Orly Cupcake, and a pink polish from Face Shop that had lost it's sticker..

And FYI for all you lovely ladies, and you men who have ladies to love.. Part of the American Cancer Society screening guidelines for most adults.

• Yearly mammograms are recommended starting at age 40
• Clinical breast exam (CBE) about every 3 years for women in their 20s and 30s
• Breast self-exam (BSE) is an option for women starting in their 20s.
